Alessandro Biral, Director Mr Biral is a founder and general partner of KeyNote Ventures, where he focuses on digital media and the consumer internet. Prior to KeyNote, he was head of corporate finance, development, and technology investments for the Fininvest Group, a $15 billion media conglomerate. Before that he was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in London. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, and a B.S. from the Politecnico of Milan, Italy.
Norman Fraser, Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer Dr. Fraser has more than twenty years experience starting and building innovative technology businesses. He was the founding CEO of Tricerion, the identity authentication business. Before that he founded and led Endava, a multinational software services business. Previously, he was a founder and SVP of Products at Vocalis, the voice processing solutions company, leading to a successful IPO. He holds degrees from Edinburgh and London Univeristies.
Bill Harris, Director Mr. Harris served as CEO of Intuit and PayPal. He was Co-founder and Chairman of PassMark Security (acquired by RSA/EMC), President of Chipsoft, EVP of U.S. News and World Report, and in various positions at Time, Inc. He served on the board of directors of RSA Security, Earthlink, LowerMyBills.com, and Macromedia (acquired by Adobe). Mr. Harris holds a bachelor's degree from Middlebury College and an MBA from Harvard University.
Bob Rees, Director Mr Rees was a General Partner at Startup Capital Ventures. Previously he has been Managing Director of Access Venture Partners, and Special Limited Partner of Woodside Fund. Before that he led the successful diversification of Rees/Source Ventures, Inc., a family-owned oil and gas business, through creation of a venture capital investment program. In 1987, he launched the Oklahoma City Innovation Center as Oklahoma's first privately run business incubator.
Phil Straw, Co-founder, co-Chief Technology Officer VP of Technology at Securify. CTO of MobileAria - designed the security infrastructure for voice browsing. CTO PnP Networks - distributed network analysis and AI products sponsored by DARPA and DoD. Worked at Cisco and 3Com - contributed to development of the first personal router and firewall products. Mr. Straw has served in the British armed forces - intelligence and technology. B.Sc. in CS, UMIST.
